Summer 2026 Team Entry Form

The form to enter the Summer 2026 Hereford Charity Pool League is available to download now. 
Forms should be filled in fully and both form and entry monies be handed in to the Q Club Hereford by 19th April.
The anticipated start date is 30th April. Forms are available here.
